here u can make your own MK licence with the character you use and stuff, and with the more clicks u get on ur licence the cooler ur card becomes. Cool here is the link to get your own http://www.mubos-md.com/licensemaker/rankings.php but sadly it wont be click-able in this forum, so u wont be able to level it up but u can still have it at level 1 which makes ur card white and blue, enjoy! cheers

click and get ur own mario kart licence, the more clicks u get the better ur licence becomes, mine is silver edition right now but with more clicks it will become ultimate edition
