Baby Daisy Unlocking Problem

In order to unlock Baby Daisy you need to get atleast a 1 star rank in all 50cc Wii Cups, right? I've done it and I still haven't gotten her. I reset my game, turned off my wii, everything! Help me out

u should get b. daisy right away.did u also get rank A?mmmm im guessing u did cause if u get a star thenu must have a good rank. Question

maybe u don't have a star in all of the cups,try cheking again uh...Dunno

I got 2 stars in all the Wii Cups. I checked over atleast 5 times. I don't know what the problem is.
